Coffee Customization
Hiang Kie will provide fine tuning of taste of coffee for different operations and sites by customized roasting, blending, tuning and programming of the coffee machines.

Coffee Quality Assurance
Hiang Kie ensures the quality of coffee bean, initially presented & approved at the coffee cupping conducted by us with the present and participation of customers. Quality shall remain the same standard throughout the duration of the contract. If at any time the customer feels that the quality is being compromised, we will carry out an immediate cupping and review to ensure a high standard of coffee quality.

Operation Training
Hiang Kie will conduct an introductory training for the staff at a time proposed by the customers. We will provide your staff with basic knowledge of coffee and the particular characteristics of the coffee served in your cafés and hotels. Also, training for the machine operations, daily cleaning and maintenance procedures will be provided to staff.

Machine Repair & Maintenance Program
A comprehensive repair & maintenance program will be provided. Monthly Repair and Maintenance reports for the machines will be submitted to the customers.
